Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Medical Imaging
ML-01Full-time · Istanbul / Remote (Türkiye)
Own the 3D segmentation, measurement and alignment engines behind our orthopedic planning platform, and carry them through multicenter clinical validation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop CT-based 3D bone segmentation and anatomical measurement models and take them to production
- Run domain-shift analyses, model locking and experiment discipline on multicenter data
- Own the technical side of clinical validation analyses; mentor graduate scholars
MUST-HAVE
- PhD focused on medical imaging / deep learning (completed or near completion); flexible on department: computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, applied mathematics, etc.
- Hands-on, end-to-end training of 3D medical segmentation models in PyTorch (nnU-Net experience a strong plus)
- Reflex-level rigor on data leakage, test-set discipline and reproducibility
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Peer-reviewed publications or MICCAI-style challenge track record
- Interest in regulated (medical device) software environments
Medical Software Engineer
SW-01Full-time · Istanbul / Remote (Türkiye)
Build the surgeon-facing planning workflow and the implant-agnostic sizing API, and own verification under a medical-device software lifecycle.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the planning interface, approval workflows and integration layer (TypeScript/React + Python)
- Establish test automation, release and change management, and traceability records (within IEC 62304)
- Produce the engineering side of verification and validation evidence for the technical file
MUST-HAVE
- MSc in computer/software, electrical or biomedical engineering, with product-minded full-stack experience
- Genuine testing discipline: able to walk through the tests you wrote, your CI/CD pipeline and record keeping
- Eagerness to learn regulated software development (prior experience not required; learning is part of the role)
NICE-TO-HAVE
- DICOM / medical imaging experience
- Background in regulated sectors such as healthcare or defense
Clinical & Quality Affairs Specialist
CQ-01Full-time · Istanbul / Hybrid
A hybrid role at the heart of a medical-device program: run the field side of a multicenter clinical study and operate the ISO 13485 quality system day to day, bridging clinical evidence into the regulatory file.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Site coordination, ethics committee files, data transfer and de-identification checklists, annotation logistics
- Day-to-day operation of the quality system: records, SOP upkeep, internal audit preparation (with consultant support)
- Assembly of clinical evaluation (CER) and post-market follow-up (PMCF) files together with the team
MUST-HAVE
- BSc/MSc in biomedical, health sciences or a related field
- Experience in clinical research (CRC/CRA) OR medical-device quality systems (at least one)
- Regulated documentation discipline; strong organization and comfortable communication with hospital teams
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 / MDR
- Familiarity with imaging (PACS) workflows

MSC-PHD ×3Within our R&D program we are opening 3 scholarship positions for MSc and PhD students in medical AI and clinical data: model development, data curation, and quality-control tracks. Scholarships can be aligned with thesis work. Suitable programs include computer/software engineering, electrical-electronics, biomedical engineering, biostatistics, data science, health informatics and related graduate fields. Requirements: enrollment in a formal graduate program and not being in paid employment; an advisor reference is requested. Interested students can apply with a short CV and advisor details.
