WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop CT-based 3D bone segmentation and anatomical measurement models and take them to production
  • Run domain-shift analyses, model locking and experiment discipline on multicenter data
  • Own the technical side of clinical validation analyses; mentor graduate scholars

MUST-HAVE

  • PhD focused on medical imaging / deep learning (completed or near completion); flexible on department: computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, applied mathematics, etc.
  • Hands-on, end-to-end training of 3D medical segmentation models in PyTorch (nnU-Net experience a strong plus)
  • Reflex-level rigor on data leakage, test-set discipline and reproducibility

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Peer-reviewed publications or MICCAI-style challenge track record
  • Interest in regulated (medical device) software environments

Medical Software Engineer

SW-01

Full-time · Istanbul / Remote (Türkiye)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build the planning interface, approval workflows and integration layer (TypeScript/React + Python)
  • Establish test automation, release and change management, and traceability records (within IEC 62304)
  • Produce the engineering side of verification and validation evidence for the technical file

MUST-HAVE

  • MSc in computer/software, electrical or biomedical engineering, with product-minded full-stack experience
  • Genuine testing discipline: able to walk through the tests you wrote, your CI/CD pipeline and record keeping
  • Eagerness to learn regulated software development (prior experience not required; learning is part of the role)
