BTXRD

BTXRD is a multicenter bone radiograph dataset containing normal bones and primary bone tumors. It supports tumor classification, localization and segmentation using global labels, bounding boxes and pixel-level masks.

Notes

The dataset contains 3,746 radiographs: 1,879 normal images, 1,525 benign-tumor images and 342 malignant-tumor images. Each tumor image has a segmentation mask and bounding box, while image-level metadata include age, gender, anatomical location and projection. Images cover upper limbs, lower limbs and the pelvis. Multiple images may belong to the same lesion, so a unique-subject count cannot be inferred.
