CADS

A large aggregated CT collection with automated segmentations of 167 anatomical structures, assembled from 40 source datasets and covering the body from head to knee.

Licence and access

Licensing is inherited from 40 source datasets and varies by subdirectory, spanning CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BY-NC, CC BY-NC-ND and restricted archive terms. Several sources, including LOLA11 and EMPIRE10, are marked "no training, no redistribution" in the paper's own source table. Each subset must be read separately.

Notes

Tibia and patella are not in the published structure list despite the head-to-knee framing. The paper states 40 sources in three places; a count of 43 comes from counting supplementary rows in its source table. The clearest example in this index of licence terms that must be read at subset level rather than dataset level: sources marked no-redistribution were nonetheless aggregated into the collection, which anyone reusing it should know.

This record is a pointer. Licence and access terms are recorded as they stood on the verification date above; what binds you is the dataset's own licence text. Confirm at the source before use.
