CPTAC-SAR
CPTAC-SAR is a multimodal radiology collection from patients in the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium sarcoma cohort. It is intended to support analyses combining radiologic imaging with clinical, genomic, proteomic and pathology information.
The radiology collection is publicly available through The Cancer Imaging Archive under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0), which permits commercial reuse with attribution. Individual linked non-imaging resources may have separate terms.
The current TCIA radiology release reports 131 subjects, 162 studies, 1,375 series and 159,505 DICOM images. The listed radiology modalities are CT, MR, US and PT; MR and PT are represented as MRI and PET in this inventory's modality enum. Separate pathology slide images are associated with the broader collection but are not included in num_images.
