CTSpine1K

CTSpine1K is a large-scale spine CT dataset created for vertebra identification and voxel-level segmentation. It combines CT examinations from multiple public sources and includes varied spinal appearances and clinical conditions.

Licence and access

CTSpine1K was assembled from several existing open datasets. The official repository states that the component datasets retain their Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike terms. Commercial use is therefore treated as restricted.

Notes

The official repository reports 1,005 CT volumes, more than 500,000 labeled slices and more than 11,100 annotated vertebrae. All images were converted to NIfTI format. The dataset was assembled from COLONOG, HNSCC-3DCT-RT, Medical Segmentation Decathlon Task03 Liver and a COVID-19 CT collection. Because the source does not provide a definitive count of unique individuals across all components, num_subjects is null.
