Healthy Total-Body CTs with Tissue Segmentations

Healthy-Total-Body-CTs is a TCIA collection of low-dose total-body CT scans from healthy adults with automated tissue segmentations produced using the MOOSE tool.

Licence and access

Segmentations and clinical data are openly described under CC BY 4.0, but the underlying CT images require application because facial information may be present. Access and commercial reuse are therefore mixed at the component level.

Access status: CT image access requires application due to facial-identifiability concerns, while associated segmentations and clinical data are more openly available.
