IWOAI 2019 Knee MRI Segmentation Challenge

The IWOAI 2019 challenge evaluated knee MRI segmentation methods on 3D DESS images from an OAI-derived subset, including femoral, tibial and patellar cartilage plus meniscus labels.

Licence and access

The challenge data was derived from the Osteoarthritis Initiative. Independent redistribution was not verified, so access and reuse should be interpreted through the upstream OAI/NDA conditions.

Access status: The dataset does not appear to have been openly redistributed. Access is expected to depend on the upstream OAI application and data-use pathway.

Notes

The paper describes 88 subjects with two time points each, for 176 MRI volumes. Because the data is OAI-derived, this record is tracked as an application/access-limited derived challenge rather than an independently downloadable dataset.

This record is a pointer. Licence and access terms are recorded as they stood on the verification date above; what binds you is the dataset's own licence text. Confirm at the source before use.
