MosaicMRI
MosaicMRI is a multi-anatomy musculoskeletal MRI dataset containing fully sampled raw multi-coil k-space data and reconstructed images for MRI reconstruction and generalization research.
Access is granted after manual review through a gated Hugging Face dataset. A Hugging Face account and acceptance of the USC Data Sharing Agreement are required. Use is limited to internal, non-commercial research or educational purposes, and redistribution is prohibited.
The current public 1.5T release contains 3,096 HDF5 volumes, 88,416 stored frames/slices and 854 patients. Patient-disjoint splits contain 2,166 training volumes from 598 patients, 465 validation volumes from 128 patients and 465 test volumes from 128 patients. Each scan includes protocol and anatomy metadata but no clinical classification or segmentation labels. Anatomical categories not represented by the current schema, such as wrist, ankle, elbow, hand and foot, are mapped to other.
