Multicenter Osteoarthritis Study (MOST)
MOST is a longitudinal study of knee osteoarthritis containing knee radiographs and MRI examinations collected across multiple clinical visits. Later study cycles also introduced knee CT measurements.
Access is managed through the NIA AgingResearchBiobank and requires registration, submission of a research request and acceptance of the applicable data-use conditions. Explicit permission or prohibition for commercial use could not be verified from the public study pages.
The original MOST cohort contained 3,026 participants. The official protocol reports that 2,600 participants had baseline MRI in at least one knee. A new cohort of 1,525 participants was added during the third cycle, so num_subjects represents the original cohort. The exact downloadable imaging formats and a stable total image count could not be verified.
