PENGWIN Pelvic Fracture Segmentation Dataset

PENGWIN is a multicenter pelvic-fracture CT dataset developed for instance segmentation of individual pelvic bone fragments in patients undergoing pelvic fracture surgery.

Licence and access

The training data are publicly downloadable through the PENGWIN challenge resources, while access to the complete challenge data and hidden evaluation cases is managed through the Grand Challenge platform. Explicit commercial-use permission could not be verified from the public challenge pages.

Notes

The complete challenge dataset contains 150 three-dimensional CT examinations from 150 patients with pelvic fractures. The openly released Task 1 training set contains 100 CT volumes and corresponding segmentation masks, while the remaining cases were used for challenge evaluation. Images and labels are stored in MetaImage format. The challenge also includes synthetic X-ray data, but this record describes only the clinical CT component.

This record is a pointer. Licence and access terms are recorded as they stood on the verification date above; what binds you is the dataset's own licence text. Confirm at the source before use.
