RSNA Cervical Spine Fracture CT Dataset

The RSNA Cervical Spine Fracture dataset contains cervical-spine CT examinations collected for fracture detection and localization across vertebral levels C1-C7. It provides study-level, vertebral-level and image-level fracture annotations.

The associated data paper reports 3,112 cervical-spine CT examinations from 12 institutions. CT images are supplied as DICOM files, labels as CSV files and vertebral segmentation data as NIfTI files. Because the source reports examinations rather than a confirmed number of unique patients, num_subjects is null.
