RSNA Pediatric Bone Age Challenge Dataset

The RSNA Pediatric Bone Age dataset contains pediatric hand radiographs labeled with skeletal age in months. It was developed for training and evaluating automated bone-age assessment systems.

Licence and access

RSNA permits use of the images and annotations for academic research, education and other non-commercial purposes, subject to its attribution requirements. The published terms do not permit unrestricted commercial use.

Notes

The official RSNA dataset description reports 12,611 training images, 1,425 validation images and 200 test images, totaling 14,236. Images are distributed as PNG files and annotations are provided separately. Hand is represented as other because it is not a separate value in the current anatomy enum. RSNA's dataset terms permit redistribution subject to attribution.
