SOFT-TISSUE-SARCOMA

SOFT-TISSUE-SARCOMA is a multimodal imaging collection of patients with histologically confirmed soft-tissue sarcomas of the extremities. It includes anatomical MRI, FDG-PET/CT imaging, tumor contours and associated clinical data.

Licence and access

The imaging collection is publicly available from TCIA under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license (CC BY 3.0), which permits commercial reuse with attribution.

The collection contains data from 51 subjects. Tumor contours are provided as DICOM RTSTRUCT objects. FDG-PET imaging is also included but PET cannot be represented in the current modality enum. A stable total image count could not be verified, so num_images is null.
