TotalSegmentator MRI Dataset
TotalSegmentator MRI is a separate whole-body MRI segmentation dataset from the TotalSegmentator team, containing 616 MRI images and annotations for 50 anatomical structures.
The MRI dataset is distributed under CC BY-NC-SA 2.0, which is more restrictive than the main TotalSegmentator CT dataset and does not allow commercial use under the same terms.
This record is intentionally separate from the TotalSegmentator CT dataset because the imaging modality, structure set and license differ. The Zenodo record states that the MR images were randomly sampled from clinical routine, confirming in-vivo origin.
