VinDr-SpineXR

VinDr-SpineXR is a de-identified spine radiography dataset containing radiologist annotations for 13 abnormality types. Abnormal findings are localized using bounding boxes, and images without abnormalities are labeled as no finding.

Licence and access

The files are available to registered PhysioNet users who sign the project data use agreement. The PhysioNet Restricted Health Data License 1.5.0 permits use solely for lawful scientific research and prohibits sharing access with others.

The official release contains 10,466 images from 5,000 studies: 8,389 training images from 4,000 studies and 2,077 test images from 1,000 studies. The number of unique patients is not reported, so num_subjects is null.
