xVertSeg
xVertSeg is a lumbar-spine CT dataset containing vertebral segmentation masks and vertebra-level fracture information. It was created for evaluating automatic segmentation and classification of fractured vertebrae.
The dataset is made available through the University of Ljubljana xVertSeg resource page for research on vertebral segmentation and fracture classification. The public page does not state a standard Creative Commons or comparable commercial-use license, so commercial reuse remains unknown.
The public xVertSeg benchmark contains 25 lumbar CT volumes, conventionally divided into 15 training and 10 test cases. Reference vertebral masks are provided for development and evaluation. Because the documentation describes CT volumes rather than a separately verified patient count, num_subjects is null.
